For anyone who may seeing this all these years later, please know that I am still doing great. ADRsupport.org went defunct several years ago and morphed into the Facebook page ADR Support and Spine Surgery Educational Group. I have done updates there. It is a great resource for folks contemplating surgery or recovering from surgery.
